SHIPPING & RETURNS
Our process has been carefully constructed from start to finish to ensure we consistently produce super tasty, healthy and eco-friendly dog treats. We are 100% confident that your canine kiddos will love our product but if for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase then we will gladly accept returns within 7 days of your purchase. Bulk purchases of 2 or more and open packages are not valid for returns and will not be accepted due to safety concerns. Products must be returned in the same condition as received, unopened. If you would like to initiate a return, please get in touch with someone from our pack at info@pulphabits.com.
Please note that processing, restocking & shipping fees will apply. Please further note that beyond 7 days, we will no longer accept a refund or exchange.
A fellow fur-friend or your local shelter would probably love it if you passed the product onto them! Mother earth would love it too since it would mean less shipping.
A flat rate shipping fee of CA$15.00 (excluding additional taxes) is applied. All orders over CA$50.00 are qualified for FREE shipping. All orders are shipped via FedEx, Canada Post, UPS, or an alternative courier based on your location and the dimension of your package.

Please note: We do not hold responsibility for import requirements your government has imposed on your package. Please confirm our products are permitted in your region before purchasing. Any documentation required is a personal responsibility of the customer. Any additional duties/taxes are the responsibility of the end consumer.
It’s very important to us that we deliver your order as soon as possible. Our delivery time is generally within 3-7 business days once an order has been processed but may take longer if the address is in a remote location. If you have not received your order within 10 days, get in contact with someone from our pack at info@pulphabits.com.
All purchases are shipped directly to the address stated on your order. If you are not present to receive your package, it will be sent to your nearest post office. If it isn’t, please contact us at info@pulphabits.com. Please note that Pulp Habits is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
In the case that you are not home, your package will be left at your door, with your door man, or at your nearest post office.
Unfortunately, we are currently only shipping to Canada and the U.S.
We apologize for any inconvenience, but we currently do not offer PO Box or Military Address shipments.
Once an Order has been fulfilled an email notification will be sent to the email address associated with the order by our partners at ShipHero and a tracking number/link will be provided.
